I answered all her qns, showed her real life pic of the item and expedited delivery but she said she wanted a refund because item was defective but it isn’t and the full condition of the item is shown in the rlp.

I purchased a top from this seller which arrived defective with a hole. Despite this, the seller keeps insisting the item was not defective and is accusing me unfairly. I requested a refund based on the actual condition, but she denied responsibility. Please be careful—what you see in her pictures may not reflect the real condition of the item you receive.

similar experience to another seller, a good experience initially but when the product doesn’t fit her, tries to find fault w the listing even though irl pics sent and listing description clearly states the waist size of item before her purchase even proceeds to send screenshots of generic sizing references which are not from the brand, and threatens to write in to carousell. do not recommend

this is typical way of accusing buyer. Item fits me, but its not S size. Is XS . My advise to double check size with seller, get confirmation and purchase item.
