Seller sold a demin top to me with description as “Free size”, and fits UK6-8. Unable wear as I’m UK8 - Then I saw a tag that it’s only UK6. When I feedback to her. There are many “reasons” like it’s strange as she can wear it? She didn’t see the size while packing it? It’s ok, I just want a refund, I will mail back the item. Waited 4-days, but no updates and refund as promised. “Integrity” - I can do fine without the refund, but such behaviour leaves a bad taste in my mouth. SHAME on you.
