buyer back out from deal last min which caused potential loss for others. please be sure to confirm and double confirm again next time.

Deal was made few hrs before I backed out, it wasnt over a span of even a day, not last minute back out, and I gave u a legitimate reason why. No time wasted on your end anyway as you simply asked me to meet directly at ur block without asking if im comfortable with it just because I drove.
