I understand na no return/refund. She even ask me if i’ll still get the flask kahit na may dents eto na pinakita niya. I still said yes ok lang kasi lalagayn ko naman nang boot. But suprisingly when i received the flask hindi lang yun ang condition nang flask. She didn’t stated na walang straw and yung lid molds na pala. Imposible naman na di niya makita e pagbukas ko sa flask may water pa sa loob
