FUSSY and difficult buyer. I communicated that I had made a mistake with the AI listing on Carousell. I was apologetic and offered to cancel the sale or give a discount. He accepted and I waited all day for the mover to come. They never arrived, and he was unresponsive. He claimed he lost money canceling the mover in his review, but this is absolute BS.

Wake up your idea. I lost $80 for nothing because of your silly mistake. Items functionality is a critical consideration for people to make a purchase and you left it to AI? Come on. Your discount of $20 is a joke. I lost $80. All buyers please avoid this seller at all cost.
