process was quite complicated. instead of communicating thru carousell, they give u a hp no. to send ur orders. aftwards, when i enquiry abt the collection thru the no. and carousell, thr was no reply. i reported as i thought i got scammed and realised thr was a miscommunication. the seller claimed that she sent a sms to me thru a different no., though i did not received it. overall, the product is in good condition. thank you! ordered: 7 december 2016 received: 28 april 2017
