dealer promised to sell to me... only transport couldn't arrange on the spot took some time... he actually went ahead to sell to others! seller did not honour his word.every deal has offer consideration acceptance and intent ,a formal offer and acceptance was made via caurosel he told me don't need to put deposit and go arrange transport first. so i did and asked his address. Next thing I knew, he sold to other people.His sale to others under contract law is illegal

Have already told you transportation will not be provided, it's stated clearly self-collection. As mentioned earlier, if no deposit has been made, it will be on a first-come-first served basis, it would be unfair to me and other buyers to reserve for you. You were not arranging for transport, u were simply giving suggestion to me asking me to deliver the item 4 x 160cm tables using taxi??! Since I don't provide delivery, and you cant self collection, how can we close the deal?

Irresponsible buyer! Dont recommend buying from him!! Dont’t say i never warm u guys! He backed out the deal without even informing the seller when i could have open it to others! ONCE AGAIN DON’T DEAL WITH THIS BUYER

I appreciate your feedback. However, the seller did not mention that he didn't have the items (sport rims) on hand before the offer has been made. It was only until few weeks later which is rather reasonable for a buyer to find alternatives. Thanks for your feedback anyway.
