Despite clearly telling them on Carousell that I wanted wood restoration services that could bring the table back to an even colouration, this was the end product. Then look at their reply on WhatsApp when I highlighted the problem. After consulting with an actual furniture restorer, the varnish they use is for outdoor decking. Not meant for furniture. Now I’ve to pay more to remove it.

追加評價

The varnish used was for outdoor decking. It was not meant for indoor furniture. They are a paint company, most definitely not a furniture restoration company and are not honest in saying that they can’t do the job.

Great communication

This is my genuine review. I had last min request to the team for painting. Jemima coordinated between me & their management. Highly patient lady and she answered all our queries so patiently and managed to make changes based on our requests. V are very happy with their team, they even have constant supervisors on field to check. Team is very prompt and very focused & well prepared on what they do.

追加評價

They came prepared, tuk care 2 protect everything properly,& worked pretty fast too. Pricing was very reasonable compared 2 many others out there.Their patchwork & anti-mould treatment were done really neatly.& I have to say – Jemima is a gem. She’s perfect for client-facing role: calm, a great listener, always takes time 2 explain things from both sides, & just genuinely lovely 2 work with
