This is my third time employing his assistance, and as always, he was meticulous and clearly takes pride in his work. He also shared useful advice on what to look out for when purchasing new wheels in the future. As usual, Mr Kai is someone who is quiet, under-promises, but always delivers.

This user has an ongoing unresolved transaction for an item sold that is untrue to description.
"UNTRUE TO DISCRIPTION" Ceramic bearings is an optional item with additional cost n subject to availability. It is not in my item-sell profile. Told him to check before order but was denial so I assumed he understand what he wanted. He asked for full refund after delivered due to reason unknown but giving ceramic bearing as an excuse n I told him will install after i have them. I agreed to his refund but less labour n material losses due to customised item but was rejected.

He got the job done in less than an hour for two wheels. Great talking to him too! He dropped couple of knowledge as well which greatly appreciated. Will be back for another set of wheels soon!
