The condition of the sofa is too bad. And while I get the sofa he mentioned that it is in good condition and near mentioned this year and spoil part. I spent 140$ plus delivery 60$ for this useless goods

1st pic - expected wear & tear of used furniture. 2nd pic - tiles on the floor indicate it’s taken post-delivery (arranged by you). This damage was not there when I handed over the recliner. It seems movers picked it from hand-rest and might have tore a bit of sewing. 3rd pic - it’s an internal part of back-rest, not exposed once you fix that on the recliner. Also the opening is the access to the latch you need to press to take the back-rest off the recliner. I still believe I offered fair deal
