What a liar. Offer was made 18 Dec 21:42 SGT, seller only replied on 19 Dec 11:18 SGT — definitely way more than “within a minute” that seller claimed. I even politely apologised for any inconvenience caused since there’s no option to redact offer. I’ve screenshot the chat for proof, ref on seller’s profile. There’s no rule that one cannot offer if interested.
