The seller claimed that the printer was seldom used, but I’ve encountered numerous issues with color printing even b&w printing that I’ve been unable to resolve, indicating there is an inherent printing problem . But the seller told me she hardly use it and were an aware of the issues. Given that the seller has used the colored ink herself, it’s unlikely that she was unaware of the printing issue
