The vaccum was listed as "like new" condition and description highlighted it was used just a few times. However it was far from being like new - there were several scratches on the item and it had a lot of hair inside the bag/pipe. The only reason I am leaving 3 stars still is the other aspects like communication, ease of transaction etc were hassle free.
