Buyer did not do her due diligence to check the size before payment. She actually provided her mailing deets but deleted it. It is an err on her part - I am not obligated to refund and have tried to seek her understanding. Moreover, before the dispute, I’ve agreed to her free nm and same day mailing request cause she needs it urgently. She got rude and threatened to make a police report just bc I hadn’t reply her refund request overnight. I’ve tried my best to communicate objectively.
