Hi, instead of leaving negative feedback we could arrange for delivery.. I am attending to 2mths young twin babies and your timing is VERY RIGID which I’ve tried my best to keep up.. There’s no intention to not proceed with the purchase but my situation handling twin babies are also unpredictable.. A simple ‘hi’ message again could have trigger me to reply msgs that I might have miss in carousell and rearrange our meet up or other mode of delivery! Don’t worry, ve left neg feedback for u too!

I felt is depends on the sincerely. Since u mentioned u have twins to care of , I can understand and try to accommodate as well . However you definitely will remember this transaction but you seems to be not bother about it until I leave a negative feedback. I did leave u a msg but you didn’t attend despite you are online often. So Do not make it as an excuse. Be responsible.
