Dead buyer, went MIA after offering

Experience w her was rly bad. She was rly sincere in purchasing the dress from me at first. She confirmed the timing and I was even going down to her convi. However, she wanted to change the time of meet up on the day itself. As i was unable to accomodate to her timing, she backed out. I managed to find some time for her again and we settled for 4.30pm. But only after I left house, did she tell me she want to back out again. And her excuse was 'Customers are always right' Deal at your own risk!
