Buyer place order through carousell and I have inform buyer of the cupboard measurements. buyer confirmed the order but cancel it during the collection as she finds that the cupboard is too big. I am ok for buyer to cancel the order and told her to cancel from carousell since it was paid through the platform, instead of cancelling the order to receive the payment, buyer left me a negative review
