Fast deal but I'm not very happy that she arranged her husband to pick up the item on her behalf and he was late for 15mins! I clearly informed her I need to leave for work hence specified the time with her and she confirmed that her husband will reach in time but instead he made me wait. Hope you inform the other person to be PUNCTUAL if you cannot pick up the item yourself. Respect other people's time!

When we talked yesterday I already informed you that my husband will collect. WHY? Because I have a newborn and a toddler. Most of the time I cannot leave the house that easy if not I would collect it myself. Hubby left the house so early today but still 13min late as you said. I already apologized to you. I am apologizing again.Its not really intentionally done.
