Made a $7 offer for a dress that i was selling at $11 which i took up the offer but had to remind her several times to make payment and eventually asked me to sell the dress to others if there are other takers. Pls do not make an offer at such a huge bargain if you are not a sincere buyer and end up being such a waste of everyone's time.
