Item condition was fine but the colour was different from the website and the brand’s usual white colour. Politely asked if she accidentally ss the wrong colour but scolded me off instead. Told me to return then deleted the message. Now she has updated her “policy”. Just beware that she might get defensive if you question her.

Picture uploaded on listing was directly taken from the shop’s site. Buyer insisted it was beige and there’s nothing I could do and she was unhappy that the colour is not what she expected. Another example of why I refuse to provide additional photos and only use shop’s professional shots.
