Absolutely pleasant purchase experience. The item was exactly as shown in the photo. Seller is polite and met up at the agreed time punctually. She even explained to me how to take care of the air plant. As I was getting the terrarium as a gift, the seller offered to package the item in a gift box. Thank you! Would definitely purchase again if there are opportunities in the future.
