package was sent to buyer and buyer opened a dispute and never closed it never told her that i'll give her a refund a fake and a scam not recommended

Just to clear this up- I closed PayPal dispute as you asked. Your poor communication isn't something I should be getting neg feedback for!! I purchased a skirt from this seller, she was very keen to accept my offer and money via PayPal. I never heard back from her or received a tracking number as promised. Two weeks later I contacted carousell and PayPal to find out what I could do. Only when I alerted this girl that I had reported her did she respond! Skirt arrived promptly after that....
