Quite a bad experience. offered product for sale, of which I made an offer as I need the product urgently for travel. But seller just goes missing and gave very confusing responses. Suddenly say end of week can pick up, suddenly goes missing for a week, then suddenly says she is using the product. Clearly have issues communicating and not respecting the time of others, leaving me hanging.

Sorry for the miscommunications and delayed reply. Had a very tough week of multiple hospital visits with baby and child.

TLDR: Seller listed item as BRAND NEW, but there were MISSING parts and packaging was badly ripped (1st photo). Listing and another sent in PM (2nd photo) both intentionally covered gaping holes in the packaging. Worse, side panels which I asked abt was missing, also stickers and luggage strap. Seller offered refund if I deliver back, after changing story. BEWARE! (Bro picked up so I didn't kw)
