Sold me a fake jujube bff .When asked she said she didn't know and she needed to check which was fine.But when I showed her proof she kept beating around the bush by saying she is checking with jujube and there is no reply. Didn't agree for any refund though it was quite obvious it wasn't original and kept turning the tables on me by saying that I should have checked and that she isn't even sure if I'm showing her the same bag she sold me because I took time to get back to her .

On 3rd jul 10pm she accused the bag to be unauthentic without official proofs, demanded a refund & unilaterally decided a $30 discount for a bag accessory she lost from the refund. Out of goodwill I emailed official JJB on 4th jul morning with the photos she sent me. Oddly she expected a same-day reply from an overseas website on Independence Day & spammed me repeated accusations. Now she removed her post of the same bag; luckily I've screenshot it. Beware of such neurotic sad nutcase & fraud.
