Fast deal, seller with prompt reply. The only minus point is have to collect it under her block instead of nearest MRT/LRT station. However the transaction is smooth, will recommend:)

Seller must learn that there is no legal binding even if seller accept offer from buyer... there is no legal obligation to buy even if buyer offer is accepted. Furthermore, buyer found a cheaper alternative as a reason to cancel the deal. No need to so petty here.

the system is for users to channel feedback. there is no reason for any hard feelings even if you cancel the deal after I accepted your offer actually. however, it is the social responsibility and it is polite that you should inform the me that you are not buying instead of the other way round, especially when it is a week later.
