Frankly, if there was a ‘0’ rating I would have given it - the seller made me pay $9.50 to receive the item (inclusive of the payment for the honeycomb envelope which she could have to pack an envelope before the Singpost drop-off) - in the end, she paid $3.50 saying that it was spilt. Aside from having to pay $6.50 I could have arranged for a QExpress that only cost $4.30
