Seller told me the scooter is available for pick up ANYTIME until 7pm last Sunday I waited 45 mins until 7pm but he didn't show up, has the nerve to ask me to pick up the scooter for the second time. The interior of the front tire is damaged. description of the item is very misleading.

You came to pickup point Sunday withou confirming agreed time with me. You messaged 2 hours after our convo and still drove here without me confirming. You still requested to come back to purchase today. I extended a discount to cover extra travel costs to which you agreed. You then inspected the item & confirmed you were happy to purchase, all while trying to intimate me, & also trying to underpay me. I had other buyers who I should have kept item for. Item is as described Sellers beware!
