Met w hostility from the get go. I need to transfer money ASAP by ATM otherwise someone else would take the unit!! I'm new to the city. I tried to pick it up one evening not knowing it was rush hour. I couldn't get on the mtr w my carryon and I was struggling against traffic to leave. Tried to communicate that, but they demanded a photo that I was indeed in the mtr. I realized my integrity is worth more than this. Canceled politely and moved on. Apparently, she still has an axe to grind...
