Quick, efficient, reliable and very easy to deal with! Decided to change our HDB drying rack after we bought our resale flat, and the mechanism is sooo much easier to use compared to the original. HDB’s ropes kept breaking, but theirs uses a beaded chain for better and sturdier grip. Also, their post-installation service is also fantastic, even came back to help us fix an issue we faced!
