Bit disappointed. My offer was accepted and then no response na. I kept messaging, no response. Then suddenly, seller has sold the item to someone else. Earlier daw response nun. I didn’t wanna argue anymore, but di ba the rule is the transaction shld already be binding when an offer is accepted? If it’s buyers which change their mind, we are called bogus. Buyer sellers like you do it all the time too - back out of a deal when a better offer comes along. Thanks anyway.
