Very friendly and punctual seller. Product also works wonders. Almost all the rust is completely removed on the first application. Very satisfied for the price. Hope to deal again. Cheers!

Amazing product! Removes rust like magic and the solution wasn't as greasy compared to what I usually buy. Seller was friendly too! Thanks two thumbs up!

Didn't turn up with items. Showed photos of my location yet no reply from seller. Bad seller. Still waiting at the bustop with photo attached. Be careful with dealing with such punk who can't understand buyer's problem of a dead handphone cell. Seller didn't even give his contact number in the chat history yet claims I have his contact number. No wonder he has so little positive ratings compared to mine which is over 100+. You read n decide who's telling the truth. Seller use vulgar language

First of all I'm not a Malay person, I'm not sure where you're getting that impression from. You did threaten me by saying that you have my phone number. I can't understand your situation of a dead cellphone? How is that my problem when I want to be sure if you're here or not 😂 this feedback is a joke or something? Mishap on your end, don't blame me. You have lots of reviews as a buyer not a seller so it really doesn't mean anything. I have lots of positive feedback and good customers. Ciao!

I sincerely apologize for the mishap, I have offered to compensate monetary and also with the option of a complimentary bottle of Ruzclean. I understand it is frustrating when a no show happens and I once again apologize for what has happened. Trust me it doesn't happen often as I pride myself when it comes to my customers but unfortunately given the circumstances I take full responsibility for the mishap and I hope that you will accept my kind offer for a compensation. Have a good day.
