He owed me RM200 balance from this laptop and proceeds to sell the laptop even he hasn't even paid the laptop in full. This is haram. Police reported.

He is lying he said the battery is good but it wasn't and need 300 to fix it I told him to take the laptop back but he doesn't want so I can't do anything
