I bought from him a power bank because he confirmed that it is 3C-certified, but it turned out it wasn’t. I hadn’t even used it once before it was confiscated at the airport.

Hi jamessdq, sorry you lost your power bank at the airport. However, this item was sold Brand New in Box and sealed. As a seller, I cannot break the factory seal to inspect the inside, otherwise it would no longer be brand new. I have googled and it is 3C-certified. However, Airport customs officers confiscate power banks based on strict international aviation battery laws, which I am not able to control. Please check airport regulations before traveling next time. Thank you.
