Seriously, the seller ONLY used bubble wrap with NO box? And she still has the nerve to charge RM10 for postage? I asked for a refund and she flat out refused — not even a tiny discount. The item isn’t broken but it’s obviously defective, and she doesn’t want to take ANY responsibility. Honestly would anyone be okay receiving something like this? RM50 including postage is NOT cheap!

item is clearly not defected,just hv to slot it back in.u were quick to blame me for selling it defected when i hv clearly declared its perfect condition beforehand w evidence.u didnt provide evidence when asked so this“defect”might be frm u. i patiently communicated w you to solve this issue but u were rude,ignorant & kept demanding repeatedly for a refund,not wanting to cooperate to discuss.for the 10 shipping i’ve collected,as prices varies for location—urs already cost 7+2 thick bubble wrap.

hi seizaipao i realised that the price u were offering was way too high later on hence the cancellation. i did my part by informing u beforehand and even apologised, instead u replied rudely which i felt was uncalled for. maybe u were having a bad day. anyways take care and sorry for realising too late that u were unnecessarily charging almost 2x the price of the item 😊
