The bag is good but the service isn’t at all. Baru dikirim setelah 5 hari, TIDAK MASALAH, krn sdh diinfo kena musibah dihari kedua. 3 hari setelahnya no update no info, but she keeps online makes me mad cause i hate being left without explanation. im really sorry. i may have seemed online, but the situation at that time was really difficult because almost all of my products, including the bag you ordered, were affected by the flood. i had to help with evacuation and try to save my items.i didn’t mean to ignore you, but honestly, i was unsure how to explain this situation directly. i understand this may be disappointing, and i’ll take this as a lesson to improve my communication moving forward. i hope we all stay safe from any disasters.
