I am a little bit disappointed because i bought 2 items which those two has a damage. The first item which is the flowy parka has stains on the right down side. The second item which is the winter jacket doesnt have the 1st button. It is not indicated on the ad and didnt inform me either. I just want to be honest and straight forward here.

I do not deny the claims stated. I apologized to buyer as I didnt notice th damages and my bad for not double checking prior to posting/sending. I refunded you a partial amount to compensate even though I know that the damages aren't that noticeable. you are buying 2nd hand items and sometimes these things may not be avoided. you need to manage expectations moving forward. nevertheless appreciate the honesty on feedback.
