This buyer received all the items completely as advertised when I sold him the item 3 weeks ago. Then today, he left a dishonest review. This is outright outrageous coz he is spoiling my reputation. All items were received and just because I discarded the the old USED filter for hygienic reasons. Anyone in their right mind will discard the old filter as people would prefer to get a new one and have a fresh start. My conscious is clear as I have given everything and even extra tap connectors
