MIA on deal and unresponsive on chats

Bad experience with Rozad in all the aspect of the deal: - Rozad was very rude/aggressive in the way he message me for complained after our deal - He complained about item specs accuracy whereas the specs were coming from the Columbia.com ("are you sure you sold me 42 size shoes?") - He gave unfair feedback that are not justified - Last but not least, he was 30 minutes late and never apologized.
