paid money but 3 weeks still haven’t received. she said she sent but I didn’t receive so of course i ask for proof of sending. she couldn’t provide proof so i ask for refund but she blamed me for not reading her tncs and gave me bad review. isn’t it common protocol to have some form of proof in case of non-receipt and dispute?
