You checked everything before picking up and still pushed the blame even though you made me wait for your delivery guy while you went off. If there are missing parts you can come to me or look for the person who did your delivery instead of pushing the blame. And I never promised you an installation video! I just said you can google and find out. Msging at 12mn and 2am expecting a reply? Really?!
