What is defective? Show and tell! Dude. I sold you the cd360 few months back for a rock bottom price of 25 sgd. It works on its own once you plug in the phone line and power. It does not need cd365 to work. Cd365 is same as cd360 but with answering machine. What are you smoking? 😆😆😆
Before you sell something you should know what you are selling man! The phone that you sell to me (cd360) needs a base station (cd365) to make it work. Read this manual and it will explain to you further! http://download.p4c.philips.com/files/c/cd3653q_37/cd3653q_37_dfu_eng.pdf heres the link for the manual. If you cant understand the manual here is the philips support contact number 67373000

Sorry man the next time i open my carousell. The item was sold already. As a seller you should have made a follow up.
