carousell didnt cancel the order after I miss the shipping date so I was stuck in the middle if I should still send or not. both me and the buyer tried cancelling but carousell call centre wasnt responding went tried to ask for help. with no choice i just waited it out till it eventually cancel on its own after a while sorry still for not able to send the item.

Phone is perfect except for one defect which seller did not mention, headphone jack is broken. Only one side has sound. Luckily part is cheap and I am going to fix it myself.
