She ordered 'made to order' product about one month ago, I usually take money first but i didn't because we planned to meet somewhere in the city. One day she said she can't meet me and asked me to dispatch, I said yes of course. All of sudden she stop replying me after she said she will send money. Even didn't tell she won't take it. Very unpleasant experience, I spent money to make product she ordered.

And you obviously haven't resolved it or even tried to pay this woman back as shown in her comment on your negative feedback. I don't want that to happen to me, and for $300. No thanks. EDIT: She has now threatened me and called me names, because I left feedback and refused to buy from her! Poor!
