Seller confirm the deal and keep asking to wait gave many reason and excuses to push back the deal upon confronting him he say sorry can't deal anymore need to wait for another 4 months... If u have not wanted to deal u should not drag and drag people time until Like nobody business... just be direct and don't back out on deals like this...to all seller and buyer deal at your own risk or u will be in for a surprise as seller is a big joker and liar
