I was suppose to postpone this transaction because of the ECQ but I understand her reasons. She needed the item so I made an exemption. I thought it went smoothly because she didn’t complain. All of a sudden she gave me this rating. I sent her a message to know what went wrong. She told me that she didn’t need to explain. Maybe this rating wasn’t a big deal because she doesn’t care. But please be reminded that you would not lose anything by giving a fine rating. Spread a little kindness.

It took a week after she gave me a rating. I believe I gave her enough time to tell me if she wasn’t satisfied with the transaction. I also gave her another 24 hours to explain her review yesterday. Even though she had seen my messages she didn’t reply. I just hope you could have talk to me first. I could have done something to make it better. I really thought we had a smooth and pleasant transaction. Please don’t do this again to other sellers or buyers. Be a little kinder.
