The listing say New..but actually used.which I feel not tally with the headline. but i don't blame..u need to read carefully and understand her way of marketing. new accessories but the thermomix is used. my bad.i will reconsider again.thank you.

Seller is a scammer. TM6 is not brand new with 23 mths+ warranty as claimed that item was bought n received a wk ago. TM6 box is old, torn n resealed. Showed me a receipt of recent purchase but serial number is different from the item to be collected. Furthermore gave OEM accessories which are of different items and with much lower value as oppose to listing indicated free items worth $500+.

I provided the invoice of the items & my name, address. She came to my place to buy the item and commenting that I'm a scammer. Seems the buyer doesn't know how scammers work. She opened each and every item from the box. I explained the whole process that the serial number is not mentioned in the invoice and she can check with Thermomix & if anything is not correct then can return back. The seller kept asking 4 more OEM items & more discount. Even with extra items she was making so much fuss.
