Deeply sorry for that and did offer full refund for the compensation but buyer is kind enough to let it go since the buyer able to get it back. For the delivery, i did inform every step of the way and deliver the item after 3 days of purchasing. Hope you get you photocard back and deeply sorry again for the mixed up. First time for this to happen and definotely will not happen again in the future
