Stuck in unexpected work issue unable to get to my phone and missed the meeting point. Apologised many times and Went to pick up item from buyer’s location afterwards. End up getting a dress that is way shorter then the advertised item. Yet she leaves me a negative review!? Kidding me? Advertised as 125 cm length. Item is not even 98 cm

1. I waited for the buyer for more than 20 minutes at the decided time and location, tried to call and message multiple times but received no response 2. The buyer only apologized once 3. The buyer did not come to the stated location - I asked the buyer to meet at the intersection between Neil Road and Cantonment Road but instead she arrived at South Bridge Road - late to boot 4. The dress length is exactly the length stated in the description, not an inch shorter or longer
