Seller ghosted me and only shipped the item after I got her number and called her despite saying on the call she already shipped but didn't receive the tracking yet but the tracking showed it was only picked up by courier after the calls. Item received in good condition, thankfully. Just a PSA! Seller did ship the item!

Seller couldn't deal with their review on their incompetent service. She was unresponsive for 5 days after payment was made but was seen online a lot of times during that time period. She only responded after I found her number and called her and texted her. I had every right to worry bc she was online but didn't respond to my dms on Carousell. She only responded after I called and texted on WA

I completely understand buyer’s frustration with the delay, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. To clarify, the item was already sent to J&T on Friday. I had to call J&T and enquire back when buyer called me and asked why is it not delivered yet. Apparently they did not process it for delivery and after I called they rectified the issue from their side as the staff that received the item on Friday was new. Thank youu for the constructive feedback! ;)
