I purchased four bags from this seller, but one was found to be counterfeit despite being listed as authentic. I believe this was an honest mistake. If the seller refunds the fake bag, I will gladly update my review.

Used the bag for 2 weeks, broke the zipper while it was in your possession, then questioned its authenticity and want refund. Communication kept changing—first asking me to deal with your sister because you were overseas, then saying the bag was actually with you. Left a 1-star review simply because I didn’t reply within an hour. The most unreasonable buyer I have dealt with. I will take it back just to close this correspondence but yet no date from the buyer.

Such a great seller and item. Item exactly as described and shown, if not better. Inside clean with (very) minimal signs of wear. Very generous with the pricing too. Seller is also very very helpful and accommodating with the logistics and everything to the point where i actually felt bad. So glad to deal with you!
